Ordering & payment
Orders can be submitted via this website, by fax or by email. We do not accept orders by phone. If you have a requirement that is not handled by our web site, please contact us to make special arrangements.
UK primary and secondary schools
If your order is to be paid by your LEA or you would like your school to be invoiced, please let us have a Purchase Order number during the checkout process.
Providing an official purchase order number in all instances will allow your order to be processed more swiftly. Alternatively, you can opt to pay by credit card.
International Orders (including school orders) require pre-payment by international bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
You will not be able to pay for your order until you’ve received notification from us of the additional delivery costs. Delivery costs are dependent on the size and weight of the parcel and the country it is being delivered to and the delivery address. You will receive notification of the final cost of your order via email, with a link which will take you directly to the payment options.
A further £6.00 may be added to the shipping charge to cover the bank fees for the transfer.
Goods ordered for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser; Phonic books Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Discounts & Promotional Codes
We offer discounts from time to time and all discounts are subject to change without prior notification.
Promotional discount codes may occasionally be offered to registered members. These codes may only be applied to purchases made through the particular member account to which the discount code was offered. We may also occasionally offer promotional discount codes which can be applied to any, or to certain specified purchases made through the website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to any one order. Specific Terms and Conditions may apply to certain codes and these will be specified at the time of issue.
