About our online shop

Online shopping is safe and easy. When you see what you want to order, just click on the "buy now" button. The item will be added to your shopping basket and you will see a confirmation screen where you can alter the order. From here, you can click on Checkout to complete the transaction or Continue Shopping.

Order acknowledgement

We will send you an automatic email acknowledgement of your order immediately. Most goods will normally be shipped within three working days. However, this is an estimate only. If there is any delay in completing your order, we will send you an email giving details within four working days. Please allow five working days for delivery (longer at peak mailing times such as Christmas).

Discounts

We are pleased to offer a 10% DISCOUNT for purchase of £100 or more. 20% DISCOUNT for purchase of £200 or more.

Payment

Pay by credit card or by cheque.

Credit and debit cards - These are processed using VISA's secure shopping environment. There is space on the order form to state delivery requirements should you be unavailable to receive the delivery.

 

Cheques - Simply print out the final order screen from 'View Shopping Basket' and send it to us by post with your cheque at the address shown on the contact screen. Please make cheques payable to "Phonic Books Ltd" and crossed account payee. Please write your address on the reverse of the cheque.

Delivery

Delivery to UK Mainland addresses (using Post Office or carriers as appropriate)-

• For one item is £3
• For more than one item is £6
• Usually within five working days

Delivery to international addresses - Please contact us so we can agree a price for delivery.

Returns Procedures

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to let us know why you are returning them. You may return them up to 30 days after receipt for your convenience.

All returns should be in their original state and securely wrapped and sent, with the original dispatch note and reason for the return, to the following address:

Privacy

We never sell or pass on any of the names that we hold in our database. If you elect to be added to our emailing list, we will email you occasionally with relevant information. At the foot of each email is an ‘unsubscribe’ button so you can elect to leave our mailing list at any time.

VAT

Our PhonicBooks products are free of VAT.
Regarding VAT on postage, any delivery charges are inclusive of VAT where necessary.
